Men’s Sheds are open to all men regardless of age, background, ability. It is a place where you can share your skills/knowledge with others, learn new skills, develop new friendships. Because men retire and lose contacts, often become inactive, lonely, isolated, depressed and experience declining health. Men’s Sheds offer a place with tools/pot of coffee, where older guys get together, work on projects, talk together and make friends. It’s a fun, friendly and interesting place to be. Because men don’t talk face to face, they talk Shoulder to Shoulder.
