Please join us for a day full of fun and exciting activities and learning about the environment! Our main focus is to plant a hedge together with the local community on Quay St, Cahersiveen. There will be much more... please read for further details!

We will be planting the foundations of Asana's hedge school as part of the Trees On the Land Planting Event. The hedge will consist of all native plants--a mix of hazel, rowan, blackthorn, hawthorn and crab apple. Trees On the Land are part of a really great charity (The Green Economy Foundation) that promote an annual planting around the country and we're proud to be involved. We're also launching a Grow It Yourself group for the Skellig Coast. On the day we'll host a seed swap, so bring any seed you have and swap them with your friends and neighbours just in time for the growing season!

We'll also have free food on the day using the delicious produce from Rocket Deliveries. In order to reduce waste please bring your own bowl and spoon and tuck in to some tasty grub!
