Thanks Jim and Katie, I am now a member of Irish seedsavers and am currently signed up for their Orchard planting course. I was aware of them already but your advice spurred me on to get in touch with them , cheers
Hi Paddy, Jim is right - the best place to go is Irish Seed Savers - they will be able to advise on options for keeping costs down!
Hey Paddy, the cheapest way would be to buy some root stock and graft your own apple trees. Irish seed savers would sell you root stock and sions or you could cut your own sions. All the best, Jim
