The Toolkit was first developed in 2020, with expert input into the survey and activity design provided by our pilot schools, sociology students at the University of Gloucestershire alongside the research firms Globescan and Humankind Research. The subsequent development and rollout of the Toolkit was made possible through the support of the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, the abrdn Charitable Foundation and the Dr Martens Foundation.
