When will you be able to start your project?
- We plan on starting on Friday, the 1st of September 2023
How often will your team meet? Are there any key dates to share for the project?
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm at the Diepkloof Zone 1 Library and partnering primary school, yes on the 22nd September learners in our reading club will be taking part in the Soweto Primary School's Spelling Bee Competition, On the 4th of October we are hosting a reading and puppet show for learner around the community of Diepkloof.

You don't need to share exact prices, but please share how you're planning to spend the seed funding & what costs you're anticipating to get your project up and running:
- 4 Laptops for members
- 5g Rain Router
- Desk and Chairs for juniors (colourful plastic)
- Stationery(Pens, Pencils, charts, Painting sets, Books marks, Dictionery)
- Printer
Impact:
How will your community benefit from this project?
- We are eradicating illiteracy at foundation level by creating a culture of reaing.
- Creating a community whereby kids can read for meaning and comprehension.
- Re-astablish parent/child interaction relionships.
- Create safe safe spaces for our beneficiaries.
Do you have any measurable goals for your project, such as the number of people that will participate?
- Currently we are sitting at 565 participants and our target number of particuipants is 800 primary school learners friom various schools and ECD centres.
Are you hoping to spread knowledge or increase interest in a specific subject?
- We are at first installing the interest for a young child to even look forward to reading for meaning and by so doinf we are also speading and increasing the knowledge in a sense of vocab, and relating to the contents learnt.
Location: If your project requires physical space, have you decided the location? Do you have all necessary permission and permits to carry out your project at the chosen location?
- We are hosting our sessions at our local library and have signed a memorundum of understanding with the library.
- We are also hosting the program in our partner primary schools and ECD centres.
