Okuphakanyisiwe: The total qualification time for the Level 3 Qualification in Leading a Project for Positive Change is approx. 50 hours. This is broken down in to 10-20 guided learning hours and 40 hours independent learning hours, which includes project planning and delivery time.

Young people deserve to be heard, particularly as we seek solutions to the world's challenges. By developing leadership skills through their interest in climate change, sustainability and the environment, young people have the opportunity to use the Environment Leaders Programme as the first step in that journey.
