You will require a team of four members to ensure a successful implementation. Your team will need 4 hours to start the teacher training online and then an hour per week for 3 weeks to implement the program in school's, community's or club's. So, in total, this initiative will require 7 hours of your time.

Start with an idea and a location for creating joyful learning experiences for a community

Think of places where people naturally gather—schools, libraries, community centers, or after-school programs. Imagine how Tangible can turn these spaces into hubs of fun, hands-on coding exploration using tokens found in Tangible kit and the Rangers app.

Choose a location where learning can blend seamlessly into the environment.

Identify learners and build a team

1. Identify who will be participating—children, students, or even adults curious about coding.

2.  Form a team of facilitators, including teachers, parents, or volunteers, to support and guide the learners. These facilitators will have to trained to help with troubleshooting with the mobile devices for example. (which is included in the 4 hours training of facilitators)

Having enthusiastic team members ensures smooth implementation and encourages participation.

As part of the ChangeX 30 Day Challenge, you will have a call with a Tangible team Master Trainer to answer all your questions and help you make the best out of the project!

Assess what the learners and the space will require. Do you need tables, time slots for learners, etc?

Create a schedule that suits everyone involved, ensuring you align the experience with the learners' interests and the site’s resources.

Arrange Kits and attend teacher training online

Get the Tangible kits from us, these kits includes the tokens and grid mat needs for the game. Purchase a low cost device that will be used by the children.

Have access to the Rangers App (available on Andriod Playstore or IOS)

Ensure all facilitators attend online training sessions to familiarize themselves with the platform and teaching strategies, so they feel confident guiding participants through the coding journey.

Set a launch date and invite learners to dive into coding through playful activities. Encourage experimentation and creativity as they explore programming concepts in a fun, hands-on way.

Celebrate progress and share via social media and with us. The excitement will spark in the community to inspire others to join the movement.
