An updated plan for Hear Me Out:
Activity Plan
There will be 5 workshops for 5 disabled young people to attend. Due to the vulnerability of and the safety for participants, this pilot programme will be limited to 5 and will use the same people. Data gathered from this project will be used to support future applications for expansion.
Proposed timeline:
Location: Edith Borthwick School / Community Centre
4th - 6th April - 3 x 4 hour Workshops including Creative Writing, Games, Video Making, Poetry and Making Music
11th - 12th April - 2 x 4 hour Workshops including Creative Writing, Games, Video Making, Poetry and Making Music
17th - 24th April - Creative Team to turn 5 creative stories into recordings
30th April - Site visit to run through the recordings (Location is to be chosen by participants)
13th May - Launch Event at the chosen site
13th - 27th May - 2 week performance (Play Days throughout where any can download the stories to listen to, through their headphones). Each performance / story will vary between 6 - 15 minutes.
