Murals for Communities is a collaborative effort between the cities of Waterford (Waterford City and County Council, Ireland), Heerlen (Stitching Street Art, the Netherlands) and Kaunas (Kaunas Technological University, Lithuania) which was funded by Creative Europe. It was developed to create, test and formalise approaches to community engagement and mural art.
