Once you have successfully completed the 30 Day Challenge, you will be contacted by the people of Colectivo Tomate. First they want to know you, know who will be participating and know why they are interested in recovering a space. They want to know what kind of space they want to transform and know if they know the conditions.
Do not worry if you don't still have a space, this step is to listen and be able to accompany you.
Once Colectivo Tomate has this information they are going to agree on the date and time of the training that they will be doing online, as well as all the materials that will be shared prior to the activities that are going to happen.
Now it's time to attend training. These sessions will be online and in a personalized way to transform the space more appropriately.
During these 3 sessions we will learn about some issues such as: the type of intervention that we are going to do on the floor, the importance of recovering the spaces and why we want to transform them.
Finally, Colectivo Tomate will share with you the list of materials you are going to use and a manual.
In these years we have learned that the transformation of spaces has greater and better scope when you do it in the company of people in your community, school or organization
During this step we would like it to be an opportunity for you to invite the community or population with which you work or want to benefit, it will be a great opportunity to start recreating as a collective.
Now, it is time to put all learning into practice. Do not worry, if you still have doubts, we will have two additional sessions and recommendations about how to paint and about the different games you can make.
We will need to schedule the date and day for the painting and check that you have all the necessary materials prior to the painting. Then, gather with the community or the people who will participate. We are going to recover the space!
Last step, it is time to collect all learnings, we are sure that in this step you will be ready to perform games and activities with your community.
Finally, remember that we can always continue learning and playing, now it is your opportunity to give continuity to the appropriation and care of this space with your team or community.
