Murals for Communities is a collaborative effort between the cities of Waterford (Waterford City and County Council, Ireland), Heerlen (Stitching Street Art, the Netherlands) and Kaunas (Kaunas Technological University, Lithuania) which was funded by Creative Europe. It was developed to create, test and formalise approaches to community engagement and mural art.

Thời gian: Organising a mural in your community takes some time including getting permissions to put up a mural from your local planning authority (up to 8 weeks), plus time for the artist to work with the community to develop the idea (4 weeks).
