Suggestion: To find invitees, connect with the International Institute (Como Ave, off Snelling, across from the State Fair ticket booths). If the dinner is organized (invites, food, etc) I could host at our home - we have plenty of room and live just off Snelling on Midway Pkwy. We organize a monthly 'international dinner night' at different immigrant-owned restaurants so we know lots of people who would be interested in attending if you are looking for more attendees.
