Welcome! It's time to gather and discuss our community garden. 🍉

We will have many meetings in the future, starting off with a couple this week to accommodate varying schedules⌚, and get as much initial input and personal introductions as possible. 💫

💵 We have been approved for funding, but have to achieve a few more steps this week to unlock it! (Such as meet in person, take a photo, submit plans..)

These first meetings are to discuss details of where, when, and how to start our community project of growing an edible garden near our neighborhoods!

Ideas for a location --
     Churches w/ a lawn willing to convert some space is very ideal because we need a water 🚿source!💧We need suggestions of approved or TBD places that we can look into for a central location that suits our needs. Please come with ideas and an open mind.

Considerations of what you would like to see growing --
     Favorite household veggies?! Fruits that grow happily in our sun.. come up with a list of plants/foods that get you excited.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and mixing our knowledge, curiousity, and passion to make something incredible from the ground up!

Understanding how busy everyone is, and how difficult it can be to schedule a time that works for all, I'm planning on doing some scattered meetings @ varying days/times to include as many as possible in an intro meeting to contribute in person.
