KABOOM! is the national nonprofit committed to ensuring that every kid, in every community, has access to an amazing place to play. Our work is prioritized around a commitment to racial equity. We work to identify where places to play are needed most and partner with kids, community members, and a diverse range of partners to build kid-designed playspaces that spark joy and foster a sense of belonging. Our community-centered approach ensures that all KABOOM! playspaces reflect the needs and wants of the community, feel safe and welcoming, and create positive impact for years to come.
How to get involved
Time:
The time commitment will vary depending on the scope of your project and the team involved. Typically, teams complete within 3 months with 4 hours a week time commitment.
