Our family us so excited to be apart of Welcome dinners Minneapolis, Last night we got the honor of having Arshed, Hiba and their sweet and fun little boys over for dinner. Our families had a nice time talking, and laughing and they shared their story about being from Mosul and 3 years in refugee camp in Jordan. They have overcame alot and we are so blessed to meet them, they invited us for Iraqi food next! I believe these dinners to be the starting place for not only understanding and welcoming but beautiful frienships.
I would love to host or cohost with someone in mid-April. I live in the Mill District in downtown Minneapolis.
