How do I earn funding to start this idea in my community?
ChangeX manages the entire funding process. Within 30 days of signing up for a ChangeX account, you must complete the ChangeX 30 Day Challenge, which includes:
Watching a brief welcome video
Scheduling a 15-minute Zoom call with ChangeX
Recruiting 4 people to join your team
Hosting a casual kick-off meeting
Sharing a team photo and project plan for how you will implement the Playworks idea!
What happens if I don't complete the ChangeX 30 Day Challenge within 30 days of sign-up?
Unfortunately, funding will be re-allocated to the next person on the waitlist.
When do I start implementing the idea in my community?
The ChangeX 30 Day Challenge is all about action planning to ensure that your project is set up for success! After you successfully complete the 30 Day Challenge, the funding for your idea will be released so you're able to start your project.
How to get involved
Time:
After you complete the ChangeX 30 Day Challenge, dedicate 15 minutes a week to reviewing Playworks resources.
If you're a teacher or principal, you can start Playworks in your school right away! Access Playworks' free resources in the 5 Steps below to create a safe, active and fun environment for play at your school.
