Welcome to the Minneapolis Men’s Sheds on ChangeX!
We're building the first Men's Shed in Minnesota where men, 55+, can come together to find purpose, friendship and member-chosen activities.
We do this through creating a welcoming and inclusive environment centered around men working "shoulder to shoulder." Members of the Shed decide on the activities to do together, bringing in their own Projects to work on, or just sitting-in to join the conversation.
We are looking forward to meeting you and making you part of our group. Please call me if you have any quesstions at 952-239-0965, or email me at [email protected].

June 7, 2018 The Hopkins Men's Shed visited the 9 Mile Creek Watershed District Headquarters in Eden Prairie. Great Tour by the Watershed District Staff. Beautiful day!
The Hopkins Men's Shed was formed on December 12, 2016, sponsored by the Staff of the Hopkins Activity Center. It has been in operation continuously from that date and currently has a list of 24 members.
At this weeks meeting, on Thursday May 31st at 1:00, we will be meeting with ChangeX Staff to discuss their various non-profit local ideas and projects. Following this, we will be assembling a break-area picnic table at the Hopkins Water Pumping Station.
