Our May meeting will have two parts to it.
The first is a presentation by Marc O Cathasaigh of the Glór na Mara school garden. Anyone who heard Marc talking some years ago about the work they do there will remember how inspiring this project is.
The second half of the meeting will be an open discussion on growing carrots and parsnips, so we hope you will come along with your questions and queries and also be prepared to share your experience and any tips you may have to pass on. This will be a timely topic if you follow Klaus Laitenberger's advice to hold off sowing till mid to late May.
