If I may suggest, if they are not already involved, try to get the Irish Centre for Business Excellence on board.
Also, perhaps some of the locally based larger technology companies can add weight from an advisory, advocacy and "best practice" perspective. Grow Remote represents opportunity for Limerick City and County.
