Growing perennial crops is high on the agenda when it comes to solving our major challenges with climate change, carbon sequestration in the soil, biodiversity, nutrient density in food and increased intake of vegetables, berries and fruits. In recent years, several books have been published on forest gardening and perennial vegetables that show the diversity of edible perennial plants we can grow and eat even with Swedish climatic conditions.

Waktu: The growing experts are responsible for all the planning of the space and and sourcing of the plants and trees. The planting takes 1-2 days, which is when you and your school will need to help out and involve your kids/students. At least one preparation meeting is needed in advance of the actual planting. Education videos and materials are offered.
