Entrepreneurship is risky. Approximately. 45% of businesses fail in the first five years, 65% in the first 10 years, and only 25% of new businesses make it to 15 years or more. (Source: Investopedia, M.T. Deane: Top 6 reasons new businesses fail)
Frequently mentioned reasons for failure include:
not investigating the market
business plan/business model problems
bad location or marketing
remaining rigid
expanding too fast
Coaching is a great way to avoid failure and make success more likely (and bigger!). Much depends on the quality and consistency of the coaching, and that is where the Playground for Entrepreneurs comes in.
The Playground helps create deep, engaging conversation that enriches entrepreneurial thinking and the project immediately, as well as build community between entrepreneurs. For inexperienced coaches, the questions of the game offer a great guide, for more experienced coaches, the questions offer an invitation to explore and nurture on a much deeper level in a fun and playful way.
The low-stake environment of the game provides a great opportunity to discuss challenges the entrepreneurs are facing. More innovative ideas come up and players collaborate and build upon each other’s ideas.
Whether it is in an independent playing session, a workshop or a coaching program, the Playground for Entrepreneurs adds to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in an original and fun way!

時間:
During the training you’ll need to dedicate about 6 hours a week, of which 2 hours are on a zoom call. After the training you’ll set up your own programs, according to your availability and resources. Ideally you would run sessions once a week for community entrepreneurs.
