Just found out about a group in Mansfield called Plastic-Less MansfieldMA that is promoting the plastic straw movement! You can check them out on Facebook. It is a Mansfield Girl Scout Troop and I just "liked" their page and gave them 5 stars. : )
One of my favorite things since starting this has been getting emails, texts or in person responses from people who have changed their plastic straw habits! Just this morning a friend of mine, who used plastic straws in her home and then put them in her recycling because she thought they were recyclable, sent me this picture. She switched to reusable metal straws!
