Good Day and Peace and Blessings to All!! Just wanted to give an update on how our organization continues to push our Ninja Trix play experience in the New Year. This equipment will allow us to bring Ninja Trix Play Day to other safe spaces in the future. We would like to Thank Change X for the opportunity to utilize the play by learning in our organization. 2023 will be a great year with the addition of our NinjaTrix Play Experience!!
The Black Belt Excellence Workshop event launched our Ninja Trix Play Day activities. Our Participants learned the theory behind martial arts and self defense through hands-on workshops. This events workshop focused on how to become a leader and the participants learned 5 ways to develop a leadership mentality and learned new skills. They also learn conflict resolution, de escalation techniques, and overall safety with our staff of Martial Arts Professionals. Instructors.
The Card and Board Game Challenge at the Ninja Trix Play Day saw the youth playing together with some of their favorite games. They played Connect 4, Jenga, Spades, Christmas Bingo!! The winner of each game won a special prize which made it fun and competitive for the kids!! Our Ninja Trix Play Day was a Success!!
The Video Game Challenge at the Ninja Trix Play Day saw the youth learning how to play monopoly on XBOX. Monopoly is a multi player economics themed game that teaches elements of commerce. Players learn the elements of buying and trading properties and developing them with houses and hotels. We saw a shift in the mindset of the youth that played and their views towards money and saving improved!! Our Ninja Trix Play Day was a success!!

Our organization would like to Thank Change X for funding our Ninja Trix Play Day, the event was a success!! The funding provided the equipment needed to host the event and get this new program up and running for the youth in our community to participate. As you can see from the photos that the equipment encourages kids to play together. The equipment provided hours of fun for the youth and has had a positive impact on our community engagement efforts. In the New Year we plan on bringing the equipment to other safe spaces in our community to expand the scope of our Ninja Trix Play Day experience.
Good. Day All we have decided to reschedule our Ninja Trix Play Day celebration to Saturday November 26th from 1pm - 6pm. This will allow us to have more time to plan and deliver an exciting play day experience!!
The Ninja Trio Play Day sounds so exciting. I love the variety of activities you are offering the attendees. I can imagine how much fun children will have while participating in the variety of activities. The juices and smoothies are healthy refreshments, which I believe the drinks will be popular, especially after all the physical activities being offered.
Action Plan for Ninja Trix Play Day
Our plan is to host our Ninja Trix Play Day on Saturday November 12,2022 from 1pm - 6pm at the SouthSide Warriors Tae Kwon Do Center located on 109-55 Guy R Brewer Blvd Jamaica, NY 11433.
Our Activity Plan will include 8 Activities
Yoga - Participants will learn elements of therapeutic wellness by joining our team of instructors with meditation and stretching exercises

Ninja Trix Obstacle Course- The Ninja Trix Obstacle course will be the featured program that acts as a bridge between our existing martial arts program, gymnastics, and parkour, the tricking discipline that’s popular with kids! NinjaTrix is easy to implement, and will be added to our school as an upgrade program and/or a standalone program that can be used in other safe spaces in our community.
Juice Bar Engagement Activity- Participants will learn the basics of juicing and enjoy the juices, smoothies and immunity shots from a local juice bar mixologist
Video Game Challenge - Participants will engage in video game challenges to win cool prizes
Karate Karaoke - Participants will have fun singing their favorite songs in this karaoke event and win cool prizes
Spades Tournament - Participants will have fun playing their favorite card games in this spades event and win cool prizes
Our Marketing Plan will be launched and promoted on social media. Our Ninja Trix team will promote this event on facebook and instagram. We will also send emails and promote this event thru word of mouth.
Our Budget Breakdown includes the ninja trix equipment needed to host the event, insurance, activities, prizes, refreshments and marketing
Our plan is to celebrate our Organizations 15 Year Anniversary with the Ninja Trix Play Day celebration. We will add an element of fun with the youth the Ninja Trix Program. NinjaTrix is the program that will add the excitement of obstacle course training while bringing a totally new stand alone or upgrade program to your school! This will be our Newest Kids Program which is the perfect blend of Martial Arts, Gymnastics, and Obstacle Course/Parkour Training to get our Ninjas moving, growing and having a blast! Our organization will spend the seed funding on the Ninja Trix equipment for the youth to play on. Our organization will use the COVID-19 safety plan that we use as protocol in our classes to ensure safety amongst the participants. Our community will benefit greatly from this experience because they will have the opportunity and access to use the equipment moving forward in other environments like parks or safe spaces.
