Welcome to GIY Clonakilty! We love to get together and learn about growing some of your own food. Bring surplus garden items (gardening books, seeds, seedlings, produce) to give away on our donation table. Enjoy a cup of tea and a chat with fellow gardeners. Beginners to experts, all welcome!

I am a visual artist inviting all growers, gardeners and gathers to participate in the setting up of a temporary seed bank in a former Permanent TSB as part of the exhibition Spare Room launching this weekend.
Simply deposit some seeds anytime between Friday 20th September and Friday 4th October 2019 and we will add them to our collection in the vault. At the end of the exhibition, seeds gathered will be donated to Green Spaces for Health (https://www.facebook.com/greenspacescork/)
There are also a number of events taking place in Cork City as part of this project that I thought members of this group might like to get involved in:
