Building leadership skills to act positively for our natural world
When it comes to the environment and the natural world, the younger generation are our inspiration. They care, they petition, they volunteer. Together, they call for a greater focus on the planet and the future.
So when it comes to equipping them with the tools they will need to create positive change for themselves and the world around them, we wanted to step up. Alongside our partners, WWF and the RSPB, we have created the Environment Leaders Programme. Underpinning this is the Level 3 Qualification in Leading a Project for Positive Change.
The Environment Leaders Programme is specifically designed to take young people’s inherent optimism and determination and teach them the skills to generate the impact they want to have. Learners will receive a level 3 qualification that will give them 8 UCAS points, supporting their onward journey into the wider world.
The programme is accessible to students in an eLearning format, supporting them to develop their autonomy and self-agency. Alternatively, it can also be delivered through traditional classroom-based learning where a teacher can support during focused lessons. Resources for both formats are provided
This project will give you 15 registrations places on the Level 3 Qualification in Leading a Project for Positive Change.
