We’re looking for an Impact Reporting Associate to join our growing team.

Role: Impact Reporting Associate

Location: Remote (ideally close to timezones EST/ GMT)

Role Status: 9-month contract (beginning August 2024), with strong potential for a permanent role

Remuneration: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and location (approx. $35,000 – $55,000 plus benefits)

This role: Impact Reporting Associate

This role is an opportunity for an Impact Reporting Associate to join ChangeX to support the planning, drafting and compiling of results (quantitative and qualitative) & impact reports of ChangeX activities and projects around the world. You will be working closely with community leaders and social innovators to capture and communicate the impact of their work.

In this role, you will create impact reports for internal and external use to highlight impact results and stories from across the global ChangeX community. You will be a core part of our Impact team and you will also work closely with the Partnerships team and Product team.

In this role, you will:

  • Compile and validate data from ChangeX projects across the world.
  • Support the development, design and submission of all impact reporting requirements for ChangeX partners.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting of ChangeX social and environmental impact, for both internal and external purposes.
  • Support in the maintenance and update of the impact database to track and report against performance indicators.
  • Work closely with the Product team to support and input to the ongoing design and development of ChangeX technology with the goal of gathering data in a low-cost and highly efficient way from community projects across the world.
  • Gather and analyse participant feedback data to measure, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of ChangeX activities.

We are looking for people* who have:

  • A demonstrated commitment to community-driven change and a good understanding of social and environmental issues.
  • 3+ years of experience in Reporting, Measurement & Evaluation (or relevant field).
  • Strong knowledge of impact measurement and assessment with experience across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, data analysis and report writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Ability to navigate data visualisation and analysis tools, such as Tableau and PowerBi, is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong empathy and ethical fibre.
