22 March 2023: planning meeting
Action plan:
Timeline: We will be kicking off our plan in the next few weeks and calling out to our members to complete a challenge a for 10 weeks after that.
Budget: we will be spending the money on a community event, raising awareness and buying some of supporting equipment.
Impact: we will be tracking the number of people who take part in the project across the community through social media and also trying to surpass the targets set in the green plan guide.
Location:
We don't need a physical space for the challenge but will need somewhere to have our public event. We have secured a public community space to hold this.
