We've had our first team meeting, outlined gow our stewards would work, we've approached the council and local community police for advice and input. We've approached residents association and residents with families to guage interest in a play street, we hope to buy French skipping ropes, footballs, pavement chalk, hula hoops and foldable tables and chairs along with thermal jugs for tea/coffee for the adults who come out to mix, our aim is to bring residents out to meet each other as well as the children, get all of us to meet each other.
Our funding would be spent on the following:

Our initial funding is €350 so initially we would be buying the stuff for children for the play street and if it's a success we hope to expand to the coffee and table so we can bring cakes etc down to the green.
