This talk is on the exciting business opportunities of hiring neurodiverse talent (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia) and the real benefits of offering remote working to workers who think differently.

Ross who has ADHD, talks about his own story and how remote working success for people who are neurodiverse, also leads to business success. As more people are forced to work remotely, we ask whether it should be a standard workplace policy.
