(Baked beets, garlic, red onion, sweet potato, steamed Cauliflower, Himalayan salt😋)
Absolutely delicious. It's really good, y'all!

Another great advantage of changing my relationship with food is it has organically slowed my pace. My breathing. My decisionmaking process. Yay, me!

I rarely use the microwave any more and definitely eat less. I fast without trying now because I have stopped making rash decisions about what I consume. I'm not a Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian or any Arian (wait, Aryan)...😳

Anyway, I want to eat better and remove meat from my diet because of how long it sits in our systems and especially, because of the inhumane way animals are drugged and killed. I'm working on my mind, thoughts and habits in a loving way. That's a win for me. As I was pretty cruel to myself. Don't try to dissect that too much as each of us have a different perception of what that means.

Mine simply means that I didn't know how to preserve myself, energies and heart. I gave far more than what others deserved. And judged myself too harshly for my failures. But, we don't lose because as long as their is life, reaping is still in order.

3 days Portion
Take Minerals with water before
Herbs (Apply to Green Juice/Fresh fruit Smoothie/Kombucha daily)
1 Cucumber
2 stalks of celery
½ bunch of parsley
2 leaves of kale or 3 leaves of Dandelion root (more potent)

Blend
Strain (throw away pulp)
Monk fruit (⅙)
Coconut nectar 1 tsp
Fresh Orange Juice to sweeten

Ever heard of Jitney? Well, before Uber or Lyft there was JITNEY and the Jitnies. JITNEY was the Black communities ridesharing answer to the debased savagery of race cruelty and discrimination from many White cab drivers that wouldn’t serve black passengers. So, the local community relied on the jitneys, and the hard working Black men and women that provided rideshare services and dignity on wheels. Thus, began Chicago's Jitney Cab War of 1950.
