We’re so excited to invite you to start your own EasyPeasy Pod in your community, to come together with your peers to support and share with each other. Through your Create Challenge, your Pod will uncover the amazing ideas and advice that you already possess as parents, and share them with the wider EasyPeasy parenting community. Development area: Fine Motor
We don’t need toddlers to be practicing their pen grip for school. There are many much more fun ways to strengthen those fine motor muscles! How many can you think of? Towers and blocks, threading, kneading….
If you are on benefits and need to get your dog or cats spayed
charities will usually pay for this
Unfortunately where we are here is a dead spot for this help. Charities only often run this out of their pet hospitals and we aren't local enough for the catchment area of any that I am aware of. Would still always advise that neutering is money well spent though as in the long run it will likely save money (both in unexpected litters and in vet fees!)
As I have over 25 years in ICT sector ( when I wasn't retired ) I dont mind helping if people need help with their devices etc if you wanted to open this up to a coffee morning or something ?
May save people money etc or provide advise for replacing
If you live within Surrey and you are a registered carer with your doctors you can a recieve a £300 pound grant from the SILC ( Surrey Independent living council ).
Make the doctors aware you are a carer ( usually a form to fill out )
Ask the doctors to refer you to SILC Payment
SILC will contact you and Bank Transfer the money to you
You can purchase anything for yourself ( except paying debts etc ) and all they ask if for a copy of the receipt for their records.
